A few changes to report and one question for feedback. Firstly, I turned off the log in for comment requirement, so you can comment anonymously if you like and you can comment even if you don't have g mail or a blogger account. Secondly, as I only end up checking and uploading from my home computer, I assume everything works for others. I got some feedback on the enlarged size of the drawing. When you click to enlarge the comic, does it enlarge too much? I think too much equals wider than the browser window. A nice enlargement would fill up the browser width wise and maybe require some scrolling down. Can you see Toast and Jelly in the browser? Still trying to perfect the enlarged size. All feedback is always welcome. Thanks for looking!

Over

Alright, another weekend comic, I know. But here it is Monday and I'm having trouble getting out of bed! This weekend was a good one too! Friday night I had a lil' musical performance that was really fun for me. There was a lot of love in the room and I felt it! I was really happy and feeling like I was making progress and I was never gonna turn on the tv ever again and I was gonna write an album and everything was gonna work out. Then on Saturday I went out for a hike with my brother and his friend which was healthy and uplifting also. Sunday? I organized the garage and I went to a friend's birthday party/karaoke excursion and got to sing some MORE Justin Timberlake! So why, being back at the start of the week, do I dread getting out of bed? Do I just like to sleep? I didn't even make this comic today! I made it a week ago!

Oh yeah! On Saturday night me and Allison (my girl) watched Synecdoche and it is an amazing film. I don't know if that's the way the movie is spelled, but I think it is. Can't go wrong with Phillip Seymor Hoffman. I don't know if that's how you spell his name either.

Hold On

So, I've been pondering whether or not to stick with Facebook. I had a great conversation with a friend the other night and he left Facebook on his way to building stronger relationships with less people. Sounds good to me. I am so fickle about this stuff! I got into it and I check it a lot and I feel like I know a lot of people and have lots of friends, but then someone says something about building stronger relationships and I'm all for quitting! I also thought about trying to post on flickr more which I haven't done in a long time. Since I'm a more visual person, it'd make more sense for me to do more visual journaling. But who is it for? Who looks? Who cares? The question, "What's the use?" has been coming up more and more in my comics and in my life. Why bother and all that. Why am I writing along with this post instead of just sticking up a comic. Due to my fickle-ness I'm sure this will also fade!

I had a crazy day today! Did anyone else? It felt like Friday the 13th and that's still 2 days away! I kept dropping stuff and hitting stuff and I couldn't remember stuff, it was bad. Anyone else, or was it just me? Thanks for looking!

Hey folks! Just thought I'd add a little monoblog and tell you a few things. New color and a counter might be some changes that you've noticed around here. I hope the orange isn't too unsettling. I was sick of the gray. So, you know you can become a fan of Jelly and Toast on Facebook, right? Because you can. Kristen Kerr still has a lot more fans than we do, although I am most proud of everyone who has stepped up and signed on. Please consider leaving a comment too, as these are very helpfull to me and they satiate my grotesque need for support. I was planning to attend the Stumptown Comics Fest this year in Portland, Oregon, but I didn't send in my application early enough to get a table. I might still publish some of these as a book to somehow distribute. That's all for now!
